GTA IV Snow Mod 2.0 (Heaviest Snow)

There are four material types, light, moderate, heavy then 1.0 (icy). This is using heavy.
The only things that are not from the mod are all the cars. The cars that came with the mod are the default ones with snow on them. I preferred my added cars.
