Curd (Dahi) - 150g
Refined Oil - 150 to 200ml
Gram Flour - 1 tsp
Whole Cumin (jeera) - 1 tsp
Whole Cinnmon (Dalchini) - 2 inch
Clove (Laung) - 2 to 4
True/Green Cardomom (Choti Elaichi) - 2 to 3
Onion (Pyaz) - 1
Tomato - 1
Bay Leaves (Tej Patta) - 2
Red Chilli Powder - 1½ tsp
Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder) - 1½ tsp
Cumin Powder (Jeea Powder) - 1½ tsp
Turmeric Powder (haldi Powder) - 1 tsp
Salt - As per taste
Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak lehsun ka paste) - 2 tsp
Green Chillies - 1 to 2
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Cashew (Kaju) - 10 to 12
