Maybe your a beginner? or you have some knowledge but want to learn how to do a full 360 degree scan of an object well this course is for you! In this course we will learn how to create a full 360 scan of an object (Up, down, left right, side to side...you get the idea!) and turn it into a 3D Model ready to use in your scenes as well as lots of useful tips and tricks to get better results from your scans! This course is explained in such a way that it can be applied to other photogrammetry software's using the same principles.
How is this course different from others? I try and keep it as quick and to the point as possible as well as showing you how to scan a full 360 object (for example a shoe with all sides and also the sole!) I also want to keep this as generic as possible to all software's so that although we will be using Metashape these principles can be applied to other software's. I will also be updating the course with new topics and example photosets along the way as well as information that may help with other photogrammetry software's. We will started by going through the basics then move into creating our first generic scan then onto a full 360 scan through to exporting it ready to use in 3d programs like Blender, Maya, 3D studio as well as little tips and tricks such as how to import custom UV's and importing custom retopo'd models
