15 g table salt.
10 g nitrite salt (0.6%).
Dry garlic -0.5 tsp, dry adjika - 1 tsp
1 teaspoon adjika.
Black pepper - 0.5 tsp
1 teaspoon mustard seeds.
100 g raw smoked bacon.
