Alter the dimensions to suit your application by learning how to change the size of an Art board in Adobe Illustrator – Go into the Art board Tool, choose one of the preset options or input your own custom width and height dimensions.
INSTRUCTIONS:
In the Tools Panel click the Artboard Tool
In the top menu click into the Presets Dropdown box
Scroll down and select the Preset desired
If you have custom dimensions you want to use scroll over to the right and input them in the Width and Height boxes
