Listen here guys, the reason you're getting " could not connect" message is because SAC tries to force login your account but you are blacklisted in snapchat server as they detected your device is modified (they will take the account you were in). So do not blame SAC, snap+ or phantom, neither of these tweaks will be able to stop snapchat from knowing if your phone is jailbroken. SAC only stops sending usage and check for dylibs. That's all.
