5 WAYS To Send Notifications (Using Home Assistant)
In this video I will be showing you 5 different ways to send notifications from Home Assistant.
The 5 Methods we will look at are :
Persistent Notifications
Push Notifications (I know it's just a mobile Notification)
Email (SMTP Notifications)
Alexa TTS (Have Alexa speak your notification)
Telegram (Send a message to Telegram via Bot)
I will be showing you the setup steps for each of these and a quick Dev tools demo of the notification working. It doesn't require to much effort to transfer the Dev Tools demos into an Automation, and if you stick around to the end I will show you a super simple automation using 3 of the notifications in a service call.

This video was recorded a few weeks ago but was part of my corrupted videos (same as the previous 5 addons video). I salvaged about 15 minutes of the footage as I didn't want to waste it and loose some of the time I had put into it. As a result expect a helping of Janky-ness! The next lot of videos will be refined and hopefully all the cuts throughout this video don't extract from your learning something.
