Police in Germany descend on city of Solingen after stabbing attack
Three people have been killed and four seriously wounded, German police have said, after an attack at a festival in the city of Solingen in the country’s west on Friday night.

No one has been arrested and police said they had deployed a 'large contingent' including a helicopter to search for the male assailant who fled the scene.
