Brad's New Years Day Hike 2019
My first New Year's Day hike of Mt. Monadnock in New Hampshire was on January 1, 2000 to celebrate the new millennium. 2019 was my 20th consecutive year. I hike the mountain every New Years Day regardless of the weather or conditions. The hike is a symbolic gesture that I will rise to every challenge that arises during the coming year.
