The City of Mississauga and the Region of Peel are evaluating the appropriateness of converting two employment sites two along Burnhamthorpe Road West (located in the Mavis-Erindale Employment Area) to allow for sensitive uses, including residential development. The presentation introduced the purpose of the study, the process staff will undertake and next steps.
