Trigger finger is a common type of repetitive strain injury that can result from sustained or repetitive gripping, pinching or pressing with the fingers in everyday activities.
While having trigger finger can affect your ability to perform daily tasks effectively, this condition can be self-managed in the early onset through activity modification, usage of a splint and appropriate exercises.
