Denis Dufresne & Megan Ann Konschuh - Calgary, AB
Denis Dufresne is a professional musician, composer and artist with over 30 years experience on stage and in studio. He is a 6 time “Musician of the Year” with the Canadian Country Music Association for Fiddle, Mandolin and Banjo and won “Songwriter of the Year” in the ISC International Songwriting Competition. He has played on over 400 albums by various artists in the Rock, Country, Pop and World Genre’s. He is the founder of the YYC Music Awards “Group of the Year”, Ghostboy and lends his live and session talents to artists Gord Bamford, Jann Arden, George Canyon, Michael Bernard Fitzgerald and many others.
He teaches Vocals, Guitar, Mandolin and Violin at his studio, The Attic and resides with his wife and son in Calgary, AB
