Chronicle: Runescape Legends is a free to play collectible card game (CCG) which recently hit open beta.
This week Fran contiues to cover the basics, as she showcases her beginner Vanescula Deck. The deck focuses on siphoning off your opponents health, healing, and dealing damage. It's high risk, high reward. But what truly makes this a beginner friendly deck is that it has a very low crafting cost. Only 1 card in the deck requires crafting, The rest are either basic starter cards, or class cards unlocked by levelling Vanescula. As such it is a fantastic first deck for those just hitting the open beta.
If you prefer a zero cost deck, remove the 2x Vyrewatch and add 1 Hunger.
Expanding on their popular RuneScape franchise, with Chronicle Jagex Game Studios are following the trend of creating their own collectible card battler. But instead battling their opponent directly players must, in part, fight their own decks across 5 chapters collecting coins to purchase weapons and utility cards.
