How Much Money did the Laundromat and Car Wash Make over the Weekend? (First Collection!)
I bought a car wash and laundromat last Friday and I never received any financials or information on how much it actually makes from the seller. It was pretty exciting to collect quarters for the first time to see what it actually made over a few days. The property has a car wash laundromat, apartment, and shop with it. I also go over many things we are going to do to improve it although no huge changes are coming until we get a baseline for what it can do now.
