I find Hip mobility and having control through wide ranges is very important for hockey. I learnt this the hard way and ran into issues with my hips through my career (pinching/limited range/shortened stride length). I found out near the end of my career which stretches really helped me so these are a handful of them! Enjoy the stretches and don't neglect your hips!
