Photography can get complicated, but this video is just a few quick hacks to improve your daily photos:
1. Correct exposure means finding good light and the easy way to think about this is having equal brightness on the subject and in the background. Your camera will thank you!
2. Be thoughtful about what is in the shot, so make sure everything in the frame is what you intended to show. Cut out unwanted floors and ceilings.
3. People generally look the most flattering from straight on. I know there is advice out there saying to take photos from above to deemphasize chins, but this distorts the perspective. It makes for big heads and short legs.
