Upon achieving a significant milestone in my life: my promotion to PhD. It was a special moment for me, and I knew I deserved to reward myself. I had been longing for an iPad Air and an Apple Pencil for quite some time, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity to get them.
Writing has always been a passion of mine, tracing back to my childhood. Even now, I find myself constantly trying to articulate my thoughts and make notes on everything I read. However, when I moved to Canada for higher studies, I struggled to adapt to using their pen and paper. Not only did I find the quality of notebooks and pens lacking, but the prices did not justify the quality. These experiences led me to consider alternative options that would cater to my writing needs. It was a token of appreciation for my accomplishments, a catalyst for further growth, and a testament to the power of rewarding oneself for achieving even the smallest milestones in life.
