In this tutorial i will show how to create a simple 2d ragdoll and animate it inside of unity using unity's animation system. The ragdoll (before the bullet actual hits it) acts as a normal game character and once the bullet collides with it, it becomes a ragdoll again and the unity physics takes control over all the physical forces that acts on it.
You can use it for many different games like Happy wheels, Stick fight and many other games based on ragdoll physics.
i didn't work on the gun here but you can always try and make it better in many ways, making a gun or a bomb to blow it up and stuff like that.
