Recipe:
Meat 400 g (with a bone it will be much tastier)

Carrot 1 piece
Potatoes 4 pieces
Sour cream 2 tablespoons
Flour 2 tablespoons
Canned sorrel 200-250 ml (if fresh - 100 g per 1 liter of broth)
Parsley
Green onion
Salt (pay attention to how salty your sorrel is)
Pepper
Bay leaf
Egg 0.5 pieces (per serving)
Vegetable oil for frying
