Destiny 2 - Full Detailed Guide to 305 Power
1-20 Power Leveling
Public Events, and someone with patrols if you have it
Go until Lvl 16 then complete the story and be sure to be level 20 -
when you finish the last mission
200-265 Power Level
EDZ Public Events (1 Token each/occasional 2)
Patrol Missions (1 Token each)
Regional Chests (3 Tokens each)
Chests in General (1 Token each)
Lost Sectors (1 Token each)
Dusk Shard (Equivalent to 1 Token)
High Value Target (1 Token Each)
EDZ Vendor takes 20 Tokens for a Engram
Blues will go to 260, Legendaries will go to 265
265+ Power Level
Do all the Quests and Exotic Quests on each Planet
EDZ: Mini Multi Tool (SMG) (Legendary) / Mida Multi Tool (Scout) (Exotic)
Titan: Rat King (Primary Sidearm) (Exotic)
Nessus: Drang (Sidearm) (Legendary) / Sturm (Hand Cannon) (Exotic)
IO: Man O War (Linear Fusion Rifle) (Legendary)
Powerful Engrams: Open them after filling your Primary, Energy, Power Weapon with new Quest Items, so you can have the Armor drop higher
Clan Engrams Count as well
Now that your higher light, Blues and Legendaries are higher than 260 and 265
They will start to drop 10 below your Power Level
Exotics will drop 5 below your Power Level as well
Farm for Tokens again until you can't upgrade anymore
Use Gunsmith Materials At Banshee for upgrades as well
Lookout for Legendary Mods with +5 Power Level on them
Some Armor and Weapons Come with the +5 Mods on them already
Exotics come with +5 Mods on them
280+ Power Level
You’ll be able to buy Mods to put into your Armor
If you haven’t done the Nightfall yet, Recommend doing it around this Power Level
Once you make that gradual upgrade on light, Farm for Tokens again until you can't upgrade anymore
290+ Power Level
Do the Prestige Nightfall as the Engram for completing it drops at your power level
Now if you ever get stuck at any of these stages:
Just make a new character Power Level up to Level 20 (See top of List)
Transfer your gear over from your character you made
Grab the Exotic Engram for Completing the game and turn it in
Repeat the Quests/Exotic Quests
Then do the Nightfall
Prestige Nightfall
This will work if you make another character of what you just made (Ex. If you made a Titan, and you make another Titan)
Powerful Engrams don't work again when you make the same character again
If you make a different character than what you just made (Ex. If you made a Titan, and you're making a new Hunter)
Just make a new character Power Level up to Level 20 (See top of List)
Transfer the weapons over
Grab the Exotic Engram for Completing the game and turn it in
Farm EDZ for Blues and Legendaries to bring your Armor up
Repeat the Quests/Exotic Quests
Get powerful Engrams and Turn them in
Nightfall
Prestige Nightfall
