5) After 24 to 48 hours, you may notice a bubble-like sticky substance forming on the apples. Use a wet cloth to wipe them clean, removing any sticky residue left behind.
6) Ensure the apples are completely dry before proceeding.
7) Once the wax has been stripped from the apples, they are ready to be dipped in your favorite candy coating.
8) The shelf life of cleaned apples can last up to two weeks, but it's best to dip them within 2 to 3 days after cleaning for the freshest results.
