I challenged ChatGPT to a game of chess, and it was accepted! GPT stands for Generative Pre-Trained Transformer. It's an OpenAI chatbot that you can carry on a conversation with. It is a type of artificial neural network model that is often used for natural language processing tasks, such as language translation, text summarization, and text completion. The GPT model is a type of transformer model that has been pre-trained on large amounts of text data, which allows it to generate high-quality output when given a prompt or input text. I was curious to see what would result from playing a game of chess using Algebraic notation, its suggestion! :)
I'm a self-taught National Master in chess out of Pennsylvania, USA who was introduced to the game by my father in 1988 at the age of 8. The purpose of this channel is to share my knowledge of chess to help others improve their game. I enjoy continuing to improve my understanding of this great game, albeit slowly.
