Put Windows 10 on a USB Stick using the default installer:

Boot from USB - click Install - Repair - and then Command Prompt.
Verify the disk you are making the change to is C:
Start Diskpart:
diskpart
list volume (This will show you the drive letter information.)
exit (be sure to exit diskpart after.)
Use this to change directory so you are in the c drive and ready to type the final command.
cd c:\
This recreates the Windows boot files.
bootsect /nt60 c: /mbr
Restart and start computer as normal.
