2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper, divided
1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated gruyere cheese
5 tablespoons Boursin cheese
3 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
