First coffee at my new apartment with sleepy face/no makeup views as usual—I am sure we are all aware that coffee is just the vessel that transports sugar into my body…👀😝💓
Real talk about moving and why I ended up not buying a place—2019 taxes, renovation loan, and HOA fee.
I am grateful for my experience—it gave me the confidence that I can buy a house if i want to—and just because I can doesn’t mean I have to! The timing is not right—I know what I want and I can’t afford it yet—(a big house in the city—not the suburbs!!!)—but in the meantime I will keep working hard to make all my dreams come true!
I absolutely love my new place—it’s so cute and of course—downstairs—so I can truly be my hyperactive self! No one warns you when you move to an upstairs apartment that you will lose your ability to be active, trip over things, drop your phone, use your rooomba, etc. I do not understand why apartments have to built so cheaply here in America. In Puerto Rico most buildings are constructed out of cement—I never had issues living upstairs there—only here in Oklahoma… 😧🤭🤫😢
