We are in the north of Ladoga Lake in the heart of Ladoga skerries. Balaam is seen from a nearby rock in good weather. Fiord Möklahti, on the shore of which our manor is located, winding over four kilometers, goes to Ladoga opposite the island of Putzaari. Part of our guest houses are located on the shore and on the island of Lake Kortelanjärvi. Access to the lake is only from the village of Kortela, in which there are not ten houses. The lake is surrounded by rocks, the depth of the lake in some places reaches 27 m. From Lake Kortelanjärvi, you can go down to the creek, crossing our main site, almost to the Ladoga and around the old Finnish millin to change our other boats in the Meklahti fjord.
Fish can be caught everywhere! And only on your skill and weather depends: whether the fish will remain in the lake or will be in your pan!
