LE: Dex Stacking Max Block Falconer Build
The Last Epoch build I have been working on in 1.0 with the Rogue Falconer class, which does not depend on crit or DOT. We scale minion damage, stack dex over 115 for max damage effect of our skills, and rely on Dive Bomb, Falconry, Smoke Bomb, Shift, and Ballista which helps to shred armor and apply slow.
