Yet another quick video. One of our brokers picked up a 16.4 million dollar deal on the back of an auction this afternoon. He'd previously engaged a fairly junior broker that had obviously put in some time, but he positioned the borrower in a poor product without considering the residential borrowing. Yes, I feel bad for the 'other' broker that lost the deal, but I'm glad the borrower is getting a better service, and I'm glad our guy picked up a seriously solid client.
With a potential for four other deals from a single auction, this was clearly our big win of the week.
