Bluetooth MIDI connection with WIDI Bud Pro
- Connect WIDI Bud Pro to the USB port of the computer.
- After connecting, the indicator light of WIDI Bud Pro will slowly flash blue to indicate that it is waiting for a Bluetooth connection.
- Turn on the Bluetooth MIDI device to be connected. The device shown in the video is an Xkey Air.
- After connecting, the WIDI Bud Pro indicator will be solid turquoise, indicating that Bluetooth has been established automatically.
- Open the MIDI application and select WIDI Bud Pro as the MIDI input and output device. For example, in your DAW, go to the MIDI settings and select WIDI Bud Pro as your MIDI interface from the list.
- When WIDI Bud Pro sends and receives MIDI messages, the indicator light flashes turquoise quickly.
- In addition, the WIDI Bud Pro can also connect to other devices or operating systems - via Bluetooth - that implement the Bluetooth MIDI standard specifications. Such as iOS, Android, Windows, MacOS and other WIDI products.
