To create superelevation in AutoCAD Civil 3D, you can follow these steps:

Open your Civil 3D project and create an alignment. You can do this by going to the "Home" tab, selecting "Create Design" and then "Alignment".

Define the horizontal and vertical geometry of the alignment by using the "Alignment Layout Tools" on the "Home" tab.

Once your alignment is created, go to the "Home" tab and select "Create Design" and then "Superelevation".

In the "Create Superelevation" dialog box, select the alignment for which you want to create superelevation.

Choose the design speed for the road, which will be used to calculate the superelevation rate.

Select the cross slope and lane width for your road.

Choose the design criteria for your superelevation. This includes the minimum radius of curvature and the maximum superelevation rate.

Select the type of superelevation transition you want to use.

Choose the stations where you want to start and end the superelevation.

Click on "OK" to create the superelevation.

You can view the superelevation by selecting the alignment and going to the "Superelevation" tab.

You can also adjust the superelevation by selecting the "Edit Superelevation" option on the "Superelevation" tab and making any necessary changes.

Once you have created and adjusted the superelevation, you can use the "Create Profile View" option to view a graphical representation of the superelevation on the alignment.

That's it! You have successfully created superelevation in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
