Nikolai Timofeyevich Gres and Alexander Sergeievich Sibirtsev sing "Let Us Remember Comrades". Recorded in Moscow in the mid-60s. This is a beautifully composed piece by Old Man Alexandrov, calculated to show off the choir - and brilliantly directed by that great showman, Boris Alexandrov. This is a piece guaranteed to get the audience singing along, and applauding themselves as well as the performers at the end, so he has chosen two singers who harmonise well together and can relate to and excite the audience. Boris knew what he was doing.

English translation of lyrics:
Let's remember, comrades, the war years when our young muscles toughened, when we knew no weariness under Commander Blucher. Like fiery lava we swept away the enemy. Glory to the Amur 2nd regiment!
