I this tutorial, I will be demonstrating how we can setup project for C programming using visual studio cross IDE. Vistual Studio is the most comprehensive IDE for .NET and C/C++ developers on Windows. We can also configure the projects for cross platforms like embedded controllers, with addition configurations. Fully packed with a sweet array of tools and features to elevate and enhance every stage of software development.

In this part 1, we can see basic project creation adding source code and running source code in debug and release modes. We can get overview about different project files, project solution, filters etc. which will be helpful to understand how the artifacts are created and organized in project's root directory.
In Part 2, i will be covering more details on how to orgnize the project and have efficient folder structure to handle large number of source files in same project and we will see the impact of these on project files and filters. We can also get overview of debug and release modes.
Note that these two parts are focusing on the C programs that will only run on windows platform. For setting up the project for embedded systems or microcontrollers, there are different process, settings and workflow that we can understand in future videos!
Thanks for watching! Have a wonderful time learning!!!
