INGREDIENTS
Coarsely blended coconut - 450 grams
Sugar - 80 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Desi ghee - 2 tablespoons
Milk powder - 80 grams
Cashews - 2 teaspoons
Almonds - 2 teaspoons
Pistachios - 2 teaspoons
PREPARATION
1. Take a pan, add 450 grams coarsely blended coconut and cook for 4 - 5 minutes.
2. Ad 80 grams sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, 2 tablespoons desi ghee and cook for 10 - 12 minutes.
3. Remove it from heat and cool for 4 - 5 minutes.
4. Transfer this into a dish and spread it evenly.
5. Add 2 teaspoons cashews, 2 teaspoons almonds, 2 teaspoons pistachios and cut it into pieces. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
6. Serve.
