Spectaculaires, Les Allumeurs d’images already visited Kyiv in 2015, and at that time the event was a huge success due to its humanistic content. In 2021, the French Institute in Ukraine decided to present the Ukrainian audience with the musical accompaniment of this performance in its updated form, offering the legendary Ukrainian band "DahaBrakha" to write music for it.
DakhaBrakha is a Ukrainian musical ethno-group organized and artistic director by Vladyslav Troitsky. The band's repertoire includes songs in Ukrainian, Crimean Tatar, English, German and Russian.
The band's musical style is defined by the members as "ethnochaos", which emphasizes the "chaotic" combination of different ethnic components. The band uses Ukrainian, Russian and Crimean Tatar folk songs recorded by the band members and their teachers and fellow folklorists in folklore expeditions to different regions of UKRAINE. The songs, performed in an authentic manner, are combined with the sound of a wide range of instruments from around the world, it is a game in different musical genres: minimalism, hip-hop, soul, blues.
The costumes of the band's singers traditionally include high men's sheepskin hats. The idea of such a recognizable image belongs to Tatiana Vasylenko, an actress of the Roof Theater.

Nina Garenetska - vocals, cello, bass drum;
Iryna Kovalenko - vocals, djembe, percussion, bass drum, string, flute, bull, accordion, piano, ukulele;
Olena Tsibulska - vocals, percussion, bass drum;
Marko Galanevich - vocals, darbuka, tabla, didgeridoo, harmonica, accordion, kahon.
