If you don’t have professional experience as a React developer yet you probably don’t know how real teams operate.

In this video, I explain and walk through a typical planning session as it’s done in professional dev teams. This is the contents in a nutshell:

We’ll start with a short introduction to professional product teams and the feature lifecycle.
We look at a typical Kanban board where a product manager pre-defined some user stories.
We refine, discuss, and estimate a few user stories.
We break them into smaller technical tasks.

Everything is based on professional designs in Figma. In upcoming videos we’ll build a React application based on these tasks and designs. Finally, you’ll be able to continue building the app in a professional way in my upcoming React Job Simulator. If that sounds interesting subscribe to the waitlist: https://profy.dev/waitlist
