4. Delete everything Under First Run!

One would be to make sure you Reset your google chrome from advance settings.
Another Recommendation would be to download Ccleaner to dp a through cleaning .
FInal Resort : Just Uninstall Google Chrome Or Delete the whole Google folder in appdata (NOT RECOMMENDED UNLESS U STILL HAVE THE HIJACK Virus!)
