I Have ADHD
At the end of March 2023 I finally got the answers I had been looking for and was officially diagnosed with ADHD.
This video marks the next chapter in my content creation journey post diagnosis, where I will be trying my best to start uploading more regularly again, now I know why I was struggling so much before and now hopefully all of you can understand a bit more too.
If anyone else watching also has ADHD and would like to share any advice for others please comment down below, or feel free to reach out to me on any of my socials which will be linked below. I would also love to hear people's experiences of medication for ADHD as well if you're willing to share.
Although I am still very newly diagnosed I still hope this video can help someone, whether they are seeking a diagnosis, questioning themselves or even newly diagnosed and feeling alone and scared, please know I am right there with you, and even though I am still learning a lot about it myself I am available to help others too to the best of my ability!
