As you'd expect from a global city with a strong sense of self, Paris and Mayor Anne Hidalgo have waxed on and on about how the City will be the "world's best cycling city" by 2020. Time is running out. Mikael was there filming The Life-Sized City in 2017 and returns often - he hasn't seen any sign that things are getting better.
