Hello, today I'll be spilling one of the "secrets" of Reichskommissariats Plus which is the nation of Shocker! Based upon Kamen Rider's Shocker, it is RK+'s easter egg and its own endgame boss. Rampage all the way to Berlin against your once benefactor!
What is Shocker? Well, think of it as Japan's Hydra from the Marvel Universe. They're not the same but they have some similarities.
Yes, this is an open secret at this point. However I won't disclose on how to form it here.
