Preparation for Graphing in R

First, I review factor variables. This is essential for graphing because it allows you to rearrange items in a legend.
Second, I cover the aggregate function, which is used to calculate summary statistics for graphs. I find it easier to do this before graphing instead of inside the graphing code itself because adding labels and general data manipulation is easier.
