Building a Highly-Detailed Realistic American City in Cities Skylines!
We're building a Realistic American City in today's episode of Dakota Falls! But we're approaching it a bit differently, by overhauling the existing town of River's Edge, as the placement of the town is a good spot for a city. We upgrade the downtown, adding more mixed-use, commercial and residential buildings - we massively increase the footprint of River's edge by building large suburbs, some of them with pre-WWII historic houses but also a few with modern McMansions and tract housing - best of all, much of this is actually zoned - which is the first time I zone in... Forever! We're also adding a quickly-built industrial area where I go through some simple techniques to get the most out of very little time invested! Enjoy!
