A standard package version contains three numerical components, each with its designated name and significance.
Major, the first component of a version. It's increased when incompatible changes are made. This means that the new version may introduce breaking changes, and existing code might not work without modification.
Minor, the most frequently used one. It will be updated when enhancements and new features are added, and the existing code should still work.
Patch, the last part. Mainly used for bug fixes. This means that the new version addresses issues and fixes bugs but does not introduce any new features or breaking changes.
