Finding local business emails can be a difficult and time consuming task. My goal for this video is to show you how I automate the entire process in 3 simple steps!
In step 1, I show you how I find the businesses that I'm looking for by performing a Google Maps search. My search contains the business type and the location.
Next, my aim is to extract the information of each business that is available on the Google Maps search results, but also search through each business website to identify and extract their email address and phone number. Doing this manually is very time consuming, therefore, in Step 2 I show you how to automate the process by setting up PhantomBuster, which offers both a google maps scraper as well as a website scraper.
I also explain the process I follow to extract more than 120 businesses, by instructing the scraper to perform multiple searches in the areas of the map that I define.
Finally, in step 3 I initiate the scraping process and go through the scraper results as they come in. I also explain how to download a CSV file with the results and upload it to a Google Sheet so you can easily share it with your team and other tools you might be using.
