How to Restore Deleted Instagram Posts
Want to recover deleted Instagram post, videos, stories, IGTV videos, Reels? Just follow the steps below:
- Open your Instagram Account
- Go to “Settings“
- Select the “Account” option from there
- Tap Recently Deleted (rolling out now, check back soon if not available) & Choose a post/video/story & tap Restore

जी हां, इंस्टाग्राम ने अभी थोड़े दिनों पहले ही ये नया फीचर लॉन्च किया हे, जिसकी मदद से आप अपने इंस्टाग्राम एकाउंट में से गलती से डिलीट किये हुवे पोस्ट्स वापस ला सकते हो , खासतौर पर तब जब हैकर्स अकाउंट का कंट्रोल हासिल करते हैं और कंटेंट डिलीट करने लगते हैं।
इंस्टाग्राम ने अपने ऐप मेनू में एक नया 'Recently Deleted' फीचर add किया हुवा हे, जो आपके डिलीट किये हुवे पोस्ट को डिलीट करने के बाद भी temporary रूप से ३० दिनों तक स्टोर करता है। मतलब आप ३० दिनों के अंदर अंदर कोई भी डिलीट किया हुवा कंटेंट वापस ला सकते हो।
अगर आपसे भी कोई फोटोस हुवा हे और उसे वापस लाना चाहते हे तो सर आपको ये स्टेप्स फॉलो करना होगा ।
हटाए गए Instagram पोस्ट को कैसे रिस्टोर करें?
- अपने स्मार्टफोन पर इंस्टाग्राम ऐप पर जाएं।
- अपने प्रोफ़ाइल Settings -- Accounts पर जाएं।
- अब आपको 'Recently Deleted का ऑप्शन मिलेगा।
अब ये ऑप्शन से आप उसको रिस्टोर कर सकते हो, मगर आप ३० दिनों के बाद उसे रिस्टोर नहीं कर सकते ।
