The muzzle boost aim cone penalty is a flat 0.15, giving it some interesting affects on SMGs versus rifles. While I probably wouldn't craft the thing for 10 high quality metal, I would toss it on an SMG or on an assault rifle if I knew it would largely be used in close range like in a raid defense, rig, or cargo.
