To start, swipe up
Then open Gmail application
Tap your profile picture in the top right corner
Tap Google account
Swipe right and tap Security
Scroll down and Tap Recovery Email
Enter your password
Remove your old recovery email
Enter your new recovery email
Tap Save
it is better if you can verify your new recovery email address
Tap Get code
Then you will get a verification code to your new email address
Open that email and enter the code
Tap Verify
now you have changed your new recovery email address on Gmail
