This video is about photographing your own way in your local environment. By local I mean within two hours drive. Its so important to explore your local environmennt and photogrpah it in a range of seasons, times of day and weather conditions. Seeing a place from another viewpoint can transform your photography. Ultimatley, I have been to scotland and the lakes and I would not discourage people from going. However, I believe that you dont want to rely solely on the places other people have photographed. landscape photography is a way to find your own visual language and a way to enjoy of the world around you.
