1/2 onion
2 tomatoes
approx. 1/4 cup of cilantro leaves chopped
3 jalapenos
1/2 of a lime
If desired add 1 clove of garlic minced
In a medium bowl, combine tomato, onion, jalapeno pepper, and cilantro. Season with salt. Stir until evenly distributed. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to marry.
Serve with nacho or pita chips.
