Please note, just because you may use exactly what I use, it doesn't mean you will get the same results as me. There are many variables in fluid art, not one 'recipe' can be followed to get the same results. Concentrate instead on achieving the correct consistency. This video may be useful

POURING MEDIUM:
700ml of PVA Glue mixed with 300ml water.
COLOURS:
1 part paint mixed with 1 parts pouring medium
add water to correct required consistency
LACING/CELL ACTIVATORS:
Each one of the 3 recipes below will give you varying results
Amsterdam Titanium White
Pouring Medium (as above)
1 tbsp Acrylic Polymer Gloss Varnish
Based on 20 grams of paint to 40 grams of Pouring Medium
Amsterdam Titanium White

1 tbsp Acrylic Polymer Gloss Varnish
1 tbsp of Propylene Glycol
