How to stop your lawnmower from surging, not starting, or starts then dies or surges

Here I show you what I usually have to do to get my lawnmower to stop surging. If you've cleaned the carburetor a hundred times and adjusted all the screws and governor springs etc. try this. This video is done using a honda lawnmower engine, but the theory is the same pretty much for all brands, kawasaki, toro, briggs and stratton, tecumseh, john deere, husqvarna, loncin, kohler, mtd, cub cadet, craftsman, Troy-Bilt, Troy Built, Lawnboy, makita, bosch, alpina, atco and more. Sometimes if your lawnmower won't start this procedure may also repair that problem, as well as if it starts runs for a few seconds then dies.
